1. I had 3 decent workouts this week, two on the treadmill and one outside. Probably the best one was actually one on the treadmill. I pushed myself increasing the speed even though I wanted to just ease back. I never love the treadmill but I can feel damn good when I am done. Very satisfied with the intensity of my workout. Can't wait for the weekend and more time to run.
2. The economy has been hard on my family and jobs. Both my kids have gotten good jobs lately that best of all they LOVE! It has made my state of happiness increase many fold! Two down, one to go. I wish the same for any of you in the same situation.
3. Today (Friday - I couldn't even finish this short post on Thursday) is a school day with no kids because it is inservice. It is nice to have a "different" day and I hope to learn some new things. The students are all thrilled to have a 3 day weekend.

I see myself as very fortunate because I absolutely love my job. I'm also very thankful to have much more work than I can handle. The happiness from this flow through to everything I do including running. Good luck!
Great job on your work out. I don't think anyone true loves the dreadmill. Enjoy your day with no kids :)
Have a good time at inservice. It is wonderful your kids are gainfully employed with jobs they love! It makes everything easier when the kids are happy.
Yay for a great treadmill workout! I sometimes feel I get my best workouts on the treadmill. Sometimes it is so easy to run on the treadmill and sometimes (like last night) I hate every moment of the treadmill!
Have a great weekend!
Glad to hear of the great treadmill workout!
I stopped watching Grey's a few years ago. It just started to rub me the wrong way: They were all so whiny.
I still watch Grey's faithfully and enjoy it.
Thanks for the best wishes props for the unemployed. I'm in the unemployment boat right now and have been for over a year. I am going back to school to get my master's and am volunteering to try and get into the health care field. At any rate, your kind wishes encourage those of us who are struggling!!!
