4 degrees above yesterday, 4 degrees below today

The thermometer is moving in the WRONG direction! I'm glad we did the longer distance yesterday. Today we only did a quick five. Trish remarked about my frozen eyelashes and tried to get a picture but the picture doesn't really do the "frozen face" justice. It wasn't as bad as it sounds as there was NO WIND! This week I will be back inside on the treadmill after work.
I'm including a picture of one of our 3 yellow cats. We are very partial to yellow cats although we had a very sweet gray tiger a few years ago. The cats are appreciating the warm wood stove (as am I!) Today is going to be dedicated to getting done many mundane tasks around the house. I would rather be running, reading, blogging.........any number of things!

You are cold there, but having no wind sure makes a difference! I haven't run the Delmar Dash but will look into it. Truth be told, I don't like running when it's warm out. I'd rather be out in freezing weather than go for a run when it's above 70 so I shy away from summer races.

Just discovered your blog - you are inspirational - I started running in my 50's but only do 5ks. Maybe I can do more.

Love the cat pic. I have 5 cats.

Thanks for stopping by and commenting on my blog. I think we have some things in common. You love running and blogging, which I too have found addicting. I'm also a cat lover although I only have 2.

you've got a lot of dedication!!! I've been treadmilling it lately, we must live in the same region, because yesterday morning it was -3 when I woke up!
