Turning 60 The Quick Version

I cannot express what a wonderful birthday I had.

First I lounged in bed drinking coffee, on the Internet and reading.

Then I went for a bike ride on the bike path and causeway.  That's always a good ride. I caught my chain, couldn't move it and managed to get my foot unclipped without falling. A wild success.

Then I relaxed with Jameson and Jaxon. We went out to lunch, got my bike fixed, I met some of his coworkers and we went to the beach briefly.

I also got some very thoughtful cards and presents from my friends.  I love it when people get me.

Chocolate. Enough said.

Raspberry cheesecake crumbly thingie

How perfect

I have never been here and it is on my bucket list.

See....this IS a running blog.

Card above and below......perfect because
she often takes pictures for me at races.  Not
necessarily stupid stuff

My husband couldn't find a sky diving card but got this and was
very pleased.

Above and below cleverly made by T

Made by another friend.

From my bloggy friends....perfect!

They also got me a bike spoke bracelet1!!

A reminder to glow when I am happy

And a glass to add to my growing collection!

Our friends we go out with a lot brought this for
sky diving but there was a keg of Switchback
there for the employees and they shared!

But don't forget......there was more to the day......

Then.........then........I jumped out of an airplane!  If you are friends with me on Facebook you have ssen many pictures.  I will say this was one of the best experiences of my life.  It will get it's own separate post but here is a picture or two.  I am still beyond pumped. I could not sleep last night and need a nap now but I am still so juiced it is unreal.

I love all those pictures you posted on Facebook. Especially the one when you're in mid flight with the biggest smile on your face. You really know how to celebrate!

What a great Birthday! I love how wonderful and thoughtful everyone was! Congrats on the dive! Yikes, don't think I could do it. I turn 40 next year and I hope I'm as happy about that one as you are :)

Just watched the video - you ROCK!!!
Looks like a beautiful jump on a beautiful day. Glad you did it but think I still would have to pass - heights and falling scare me!!! It was nice to see an appearance of Mr. AJH and the fam. Oops - I forgot chocolate!!! Shame on me!

What a wonderful day! You do have some great friends and family; it's the BEST feeling when people really do GET you. :)

BTW, my sister-in-law mailed me some bike paperclips, and I totally thought of you!
