As you know this award is going around Bloggy Land. I was awarded it from Motivating Me at Looking Up Again and from Char at My Life's A Marathon. Thanks guys for awarding this to me.
What would I change if I could go back and change one thing in my life? I know a lot of people have said they wouldn't change anything but I absolutely would. Some of the things I would change I do not want to get into here. Knowing what the future was bringing would have changed a few things I did or did not do. But I couldn't know what was coming so I am not going to dwell on them. One thing I don't mind sharing is that I would not have sat in the sun so much when I was younger! When you are young you think you are invincible and immortal and all that! Well, not so much.
Award this to six people. Hmmm. I think many many people have had this one so I am going to do what some people did and award it to the first six people who commented on my last post. Do it if you wish or haven't already done it.
P (I love reading her blog. Her attitude is always amazing.)
Anne (She has come back strong from an injury and is rocking her running these days!)
Forward Foot Strikes - (This is a fairly new blog to me and FFS is my newest follower! Thanks for joining in!)
Ewa - (Ewa is also injured and not doing the running she wants. She is a wonderful commenter.)
Christina - (Another great commenter whose blog is very positive and inspiring.)
Char - I love Char's blog but I just realized she awarded this award to me so it doesn't make sense to give it back to her! But go check out her blog to follow her marathon journey!

Thanks ajh :)
I agree about sitting in the sun...and I totally understand about certain no-need-to-be-discussed things that we might do differently.
Have a great day!
My Mom always tells me she wishes she didn't spend so much time in the sun. I'm trying to learn from that one!
... I remember my grandfather always said - youth is wasted on the young!
how true this is
I'll check out the six sites you picked.
Thanks for stopping by my blog and leaving me the tip! I will have to try that next time!!
that is a good 'change'! i hadn't thought of it like that... i was definitely thinking of it as more of the "butterfly effect" aspect of it. anyway, very good answer.
i'm sorry about your heel. pity parties are allowed! :(
